He-Man, and the Masters of the Universe. Weirdest cartoon series to ever get onto prime time for kids. Not until Ren & Stimpy would a more dubious bunch of characters appear on TV. Still, the toys were great, though it was a pity that both Panthor and Battle-Cat were fixed (non-action) figures. Why couldn't they give them joints and retractable claws? What a wast. Still, not as bad as the Moss-Man toy. That thing just looked & felt weird. Still, I'm sure that Mattel made a heap of cash from the series. Probably why they're trying to fob off a new cartoon series on the next generation.
