Mattel Madness this week. See if you can work out who's who in the land of Eternia. Lots of colourful TV characters from the He-Man series. Got inspired to do a quiz for them having gone through an old toy box over the weekend. I swear all the bodies for the male characters came from the same mold. Anyhow, try the He-man Quiz here.
Continuing on from last week's theme, I decided to do a G.I. Joe codename quiz
for this week. There's probably going to be a movie re-imagining of the G.I. Joe
franchise within the next year or so as they have done with every other iconic
80s cartoon series, so why not relive your past. Wonder if they'll use the same
theme song...
He'll fight for freedom where ever there's trouble. GI Joe is there...
It's GI Joe against Cobra the enemy
Fighting to save the day.
He never gives up.
He's always there,
Fighting for freedom over land and air
>dum dum<
GI Joe, a real American hero
GI Joe is there
Thought I'd go back to the 80s to bring back some of those great cartoon classics that I used to watch. The start off with, I thought I'd get stuck into Transformers having recently watched the Michael Bay movie (a couple of months back). Go here for the Transformers Quiz.
More roleplaying this week, but of an electronic kind. Ultima IV was one of the first computer RPGs that I finished in my younger days, and is considered a classic by many. Of all the Ultimas, the only ones I finished were II and IV, though I have played most of the rest in the franchise. Ultima Online was also one of the firsts successfull MMORPG that charges people money to play online. Anyhow, enough rambling, have a try at the quiz here.
Today, I pay homage to my Dungeon Master's Guide. There are 12 magical artifacts that need to go back to their owners. See if you are a real dungeon master or just an elf in a chain mail bikini in this week's Advance Dungeons & Dragons Quiz
This week, I've decided to look up from the comics and stare at the stars instead. The quiz for the week is much simpler than the previous two and only requires a simple drag and drop.
Following up from last week's Superhero quiz, this week it is up to you to reveal the identities of Supervillians. This is probably a little bit harder than the first, but nothing you wouldn't be able to sort out if you'd spend all day reading comics.
I have finally decided to relaunch the Tales From The Rim site. This time round, I have decided to upload some pop-culture and geek related quizzes. Hopefully I'll upload one a week, so do check back often. If you like them, please Digg them.
With the massive volume of comic book movies released, and only more to come, with Superman coming out around the end of June this year, I thought the first quiz should be a nice and easy super heroes quiz.
